An option to disable griffon and skyscale mounts from flying on ley lines has been added. This function is toggled via the default F1 skill while mounted on either the griffon or skyscale mounts if the player has the Ley-Line Acclimation Mastery unlocked in the Secrets of the Obscure Flight Training Mastery track.
In order to get the Skimmer, you’ll need a raptor with Canyon Jump unlocked. Once you reach the area, head south to the Skimmer Ranch. It’s on the coast, west of Vulture Drifts. You’ll need to jump over some stones to get to it. If you need more information check out our screenshot guide GW2 Skimmer Mount – Where to find in Path of Fire There's ways around that too, Guild Wars 2 did it by limiting how much the mounts can actually fly and adding no flying (or no mount) zones where they'd still break things, but I know a lot of people really don't like that and find the end result frustrating because unless you can get enough height and space to use tricks to stay airbourne youWhich, as a sidenote, is silly that you get flying from Pathfinder and not just added to the base flying spell like the other ones eventually were. Really hoping we get normal flying mounts, having to be grounded for like a minute to regenerate vigour is kind of boring. I don’t understand why it couldn’t just instantly replenish when you would go back onto the ground like the skyscale mount in guild wars 2.Just making sure any players that only own End of Dragons know how to unlock the raptor and springer.
