So I just downloaded the game and apparently I have a level 3 char from about 5 years ago. Now I'm giving it a better chance, but I only plan to purchase expansions after a few weeks at least. What you can do is /s which is local chat, and whisper once per 30 seconds to a non-friend, so long as they are in the same map. So you can whisper interest and mention you are a f2p account.
